Three Pools

With three impressive pools, you can enjoy a swim in the 25m laned pool or if you’re with the little ones then take a dip in the warmer family pool. More than just swimming you can also revitalise in the hydro-pool.

Hydropool

Relax and revitalise yourself in the hydropool. Perfect for post workout recuperation, muscle recovery and relieving pressure on joints. Or unwind after a long day and take full advantage of the therapeutic hydro jets.

Upgraded Gym Floor

Get more out of your workout by gaining full access to the gym floor. From a wide range of Cardio Equipment including brand-new cardio equipment from DRax and the UK-exclusive My Mountain machine, to get your heart rate pumping, Functional Kit to compliment your daily routine, and Strength and Resistance Training Training to improve your fitness and physique. Tailor your workout to achieve all-encompassing fitness.

Over 70 Classes

Need some more motivation then join in a group workout by attending one of our free classes. Each week choose from over 70 classes from Spin to Zumba or Body Pump to Pilates there is something for everyone.

Running Track

Run or walk in complete comfort around 200m indoor track. The four lane, synthetic track means you can run no matter what the weather.

Heat Treatment Areas

Unwind, de-stress and re-charge with a heat treatment. After a tough session relax your muscles in the sauna, improve your circulation in the Steam Room or boost the body’s natural defences and increase metabolism in the Sanarium.
